There are two options when you want to move your domain away from Yola:
1. We can edit your DNS settings so that your domain points to your new provider. Depending on the host you're moving to, it would either be editing nameservers or creating an A Record. This means that you will still get a renewal reminder from us 11 months after purchase. If you choose this option, please could you send us the nameserver or IP address required for the A Record.
2. We can release your domain so that it is transferred to another domain registrar completely. You will receive a code from us that you can give to your new domain registrar.
Please email support@yola.com and let us know which option you prefer, and we will arrange it for you.
If you are willing to share with us why you would like to transfer your domain away we would really appreciate this, as your feedback could assist us in improving our service.

Inappropriate?I agree. Forcing people to use a poor html editor on this site is a bad business model.
..unless there is a way for those of us who use our Adobe tools to add content on this site....

Hi Michael. Although I am not sure if this is why Haroon wants to transfer his domain - he doesn't specify - if this is your reason for wanting to do so then we thank you for your feedback. Please follow Ruth's advice above if you wish to transfer your domain elsewhere.
