My Domain registrar cant find yola?
I have published my web with my own Domain everything is pointing to yola however my domain name registrar cant find yola?

I have sent you an email, but I will repeat the information in that here.
It would appear that your domain name registrar has only set up one A Record, when they need to set up two.
If you buy a domain name through Yola or use one of our subdomains, your domain will work with or without the "www" prefix, automatically.
If you have bought your domain elsewhere you need to made sure that your DNS settings are configured correctly to support the "www" prefix.
You need to set up two A-records.
One with the hostname "@" and one with the hostname "www". Both should point to our IP address: 208.75.208.172.
Can you give this information to your domain name registrar, please?
