i've published my site and can access it thru its url but every1 i've given the url too cannot access it and ive triple checked their spelling thinking it was the problem but its not any1 can help me?

Can you give us your url and we can take a look.
The most likely problem is that the people who have been looking for the site are using the search box and not the browser window. Until the site has been indexed by the search engines anyone who wants to go to your site will need to use the browser window.
