Yes, absolutely! After you publish your site all you will have to do is click a yellow "Update my Site" button and your changes will be immediately added to your live site!
Most sites are works in progress. In fact it is a good idea to update your site after you publish it as often as possible because this will improve your search engine ranking.
Please let us know if you have any difficulty publishing and updating your site.

Yes you can. To use a free subdomain name to publish your site, click "Publish My Site", the yellow button on the top right of your screen. Fill in the name for your site in the first field in the publishing dialogue and follow the prompts to publish your site.
To make changes to your site after you have published it:
1) Log into your account and open your site.
2) Edit it as normal
3) When you are ready, click the yellow button "Update My Site"
4) Your site will be republished and all your latest changes will be reflected on your live site.
It is a good idea to update your site as often as possible, as this will increase your ranking with the search engines.
