Inappropriate?Hello Kevin,
Synthasite does not have name servers to provide you with as we do not provide domain name management; this is something your domain name registrar will need to provide. If your domain name registrar provides domain name management all we need you to do is edit your A Record to point towards our ip address which allow us to host your site.
Here are some basic instructions for configuring your domain name to point towards Synthasite by editing the A Record:
1. Log in to your chosen domain registrar (eg. GoDaddy.com, Register.com).
2. Go to the DNS Management page.
3. Set up an A Record.
4. The IP address of your record must point to: "208.75.208.172"
Please check with your domain name registrar to see that they do indeed provide you with domain name management (name servers). If they do not provide this, we can give you instructions for setting this up with a company called ZoneEdit. Please let us know if you have any trouble with this or need instructions for ZoneEdit.
Kind Regards,
Emmy
