need help with Flickr lightbox seperate gallery pics
Hello, i am a bit confused (doesnt take much)
I understand that i am only allowed to upload 30 images from my flickr account - can i somehow make a seperate page with DIFFERENT images from my flickr account? Say i had one page titled "Wedding cakes" and had 30 photos of my cakes, then a seperate page titled "Birthday Cakes" and have 30 different images from the same flickr account?
I hope this question makes sense
??
Thanks so much. ( a detailed description would be appreciated as i am a little 'doughy' when it comes to all this)
:)

Inappropriate?Hi Kate
What you're asking can be accomplished. You just need to make sure that you tag each set of pictures with the same tags. So, for your "Wedding Cakes" page - tag all the photos in the Flickr account that you want for that page with something like "wedding cakes". Then, tag the photos for the Birthday Cake page with a different tag.
Then, on Yola, you should be able to add your wedding cake photos to your Wedding cake page by entering the tag name into the search bar.
On your Birthday cake page, enter the other tag name in the search box to retrieve all those photos for that page.
Please let us know if you need further assistance. -
Inappropriate?Thanks Littleus!! Well explained.
Kate, here are the full instructions for adding Flickr Lightbox to your page:
1. In the Content sidebar in Yola, open the Photo Gallery folder.
2. Drag and drop a Flickr Lightbox widget onto your page.
3. In the properties sidebar enter your Flickr account email address (usually a Yahoo! address) in the email address field.
4. In the "Photo Count" field, enter the number of images you want to display.
5. In the "Search" field, enter the tags of the photos you want to pull from Flickr (make sure you have added tags to your Flickr photos or you will not get the desired result).
6. Specify how many columns you want for your photo gallery.
7. Click on the Image Size drop down menu to select small square, thumbnail or medium sized images.
8. Finally, choose between a "modern" or "plain" style for your photo gallery images.
9. Click the "Apply" button to update your photo gallery.
Now save and preview your page. You will have a gallery of clickable images. In the top right hand corner of the large view of the images, click the "next" button to view the next image in the gallery. Click the "Close" button when you are finished browsing through your gallery.
Note: If there are privacy settings on your Flickr photos the search will not be successful. The photos need to be publicly available for it to work.
