one thing that drives me buggy (remember it's me) is when I see "Chat to our Support Staff" and no-one is home. Only has a suggestion maybe what hours your available or some kind of notice of "Staff On Duty" Only suggestion
The other is the "E-Mail our Support Team" Whenever I click on these in most cases some from micro-soft pop up and I can find how to get ride of it (keep from popping up). On my site @ http://www.aandlmerchants.com/c-u.php there is a form right on the page. Littleus gave me the information on this @ http://www.jotform.com Instead of one of my ugly mail boxes coming up maybe you could go to a page with a form something like that.
You did a beautiful job with those little image and font, and color. I found it very pleasant and easy to look at. Would not change anything.
