Hi ricorocktv
Thank you for trying out our Online Store. As Laura says, we will consider your request. However, we don't want to give up so easily. This is a massively powerful piece of software that can do just about anything you can think of when it comes to eCommerce. We want to be sure that it isn't just a case of you not finding the feature you were looking for, so please let us know what your needs are and we will work with you to help you get the full value of this amazing tool. So before we throw in the towel on this one I want to make sure that everyone has given this their best shot.

Hi ricorocktv,
I'm happy to pass your refund request on to our Payments team. In the meantime however we'd love to hear what features are missing for you. This is a new product for us and it will help us in order to plan for future features and improvements. -

Hi ricorocktv,
If you could provide us with the email address registered to your account, or Transaction ID for the payment, I will process the refund for you.
Thanks! -

The Online Store is very complex and it will be above many peoples wish to learn and implement. It is the most difficult of all the Yola options without a doubt and Ecwid themselves recognise this and offer contracting facilities for customers who want the product but don't wish to process the setup themselves.
It is different in that it is a parallel system that needs to be built. It has little resemblance to the Yola method of doing things and this to some will be very confusing. It is very simple to place the facility within the site but the building up of the facility will be a real issue for some. It is not the classic Yola widget and it can't be because of its power. -

hi well what i wanted was for each product to have its own unique page where i could place a add to cart button on, like my current website www.dvdmadness.co.uk this will be better for search engine optimization and creating sitemaps, also i would have liked a search engine allowing customers to search for a product easily, also how could you change the currency to £. is there any way to do these things?

Hi ricorocktv,
You can definitely change your currency, here's how:
Log in to My Yola.
Click on "Online Store" in the left-hand menu.
Click on "Advanced Options", located at the bottom right corner of your product list.
Click "System Settings" in the top-right corner.
Select "Formats & Units".
Click on the "Currency" drop-down menu.
Change the currency to the one you'd like to use.
Click "Save".
To return to the Yola Online Store control panel, click "X" in the top-right corner of the dialog box.
There are a couple different options to help you with site search.
You can add a Google site search box by using the Widgetbox Gallery:
Drag and drop a Widgetbox Gallery Widget onto your page.
A dialog box will open, in the search box type "Site Search".
Then click on "Search Your Site With Google". This will search just your site, but there will be a Google icon on the widget and possible ads.
Add your domain to "Site to Search"
Click on the green 'Get Widget' button and it will be saved and added to your page.
Save and preview your page to view the widget.
You can also use a free site search service called siteLevel:
This will search the pages of your site.
Go to siteLevel.com.
Fill in your email address and domain name and click Sign Up.
Highlight the Javascript Search Box option and copy it.
In the Sitebuilder drag and drop an HTML Widget onto your page. The HTML Widget is located in the Sidebar on the right and is a blue circle.
Paste the code into the dialog box and click "OK".
Save and preview your page to view the search box.
I hope this helps. Please let me know if you need any further assistance. -
