It certainly doesn't feel like that! I did receive a phone calla and e mails, late last night. The e mail asked me to provide certain information, which I did do straight away. However, I have heard nothing since. Not even an acknowledgement that my e mail was received. As I sent it twice from two different e mail addresses it is extremely unlikely that it has not been received. Yola support is very slow, i have read other comments and there defo seems to be a problem with response times. As ths point I don't feel I could recommend Yola to anyone based on my experience so far.
