Pointing domain to yola from Yahoo
If I'm trying to create an A record in Yahoo DNS manager, Yahoo asks for a prefix. What would the prefix be? Yola? Here are the pertinent instructions:
To create an A record:
Click the "Manage Advanced DNS Settings" link.
Click the "Add Record" button.
In the "Source" field, enter a prefix to define the host name (the prefix for host.yourdomainname.com, for example, is host).
Enter a destination IP address in the "Destination" field.
Click the "Submit" button.
Confirm your choice by clicking "Submit" again.
I'm trying to help a client with this but I've never used Yahoo before. Thanks.

Inappropriate?Hi Diane,
It sounds to me like this is the prefix for setting up the A Records so that there is one set up for the www version of the domain and one for the non www version of the site.
I believe what you should do is set up one with the hostname "@" and one with the hostname "www" (as he prefixes) and both should point to our IP address: 208.75.208.172.
I hope this helps, let us know how this goes for you.
