Inappropriate?You will need to sign up with freeforums, and then modify the forum to suit your needs. Questions about that, should be directed to the freeforums support team.
When you have modified the forum you need to get the embed code for it. Copy that code and then paste it into the HTML widget on your SynthaSite page.

It would be easier to use a forum from the Widget Box Gallery. I'm sorry, but I don't work for freeforums and I'm not familiar with their product. If you have questions about that specific forum, you need to ask them. I can only tell you how to put the forum on your site once you have the code. Perhaps there is another SynthaSite user out there who has used freeforums and can help you. -

and just to be clear, freeforums.org hosts the forum, so you will not be pasting an html code on your synthasite, you would have to do what i and others do which is link to it from your synthasite website. so you will be directing people to the forum from your site
