I got this link with info, in my Poland Newsletter this morning and thought some might be interested. I know that the one-up-advertising in emails is a problem for some. For example; If I type Polish Pottery in my email, then yahoo will create a link inside of my email to the highest paying company of Polish Pottery and will spray them with ads of other Polish Pottery companies who are paying for the search engines. Of course the link I am providing is from the customers perspective. Wish there was a way around it from the businesses end. If there is one, let me know. Curious what others think..

Inappropriate?Do you have your domains registered with Synthasite or another service with the dns setting pointed to Synthasite?
-
Inappropriate?I have one purchased through synthasite and the other two are purchased through godaddy because they were running a "special" No special in the end. I would have paid the extra couple of bucks. Does this make a difference?

You can have branded e mail from godaddy with domains you have registered with them....I do that with register.com where my domain is registered. I think this would solve the concerns you have. Your E mail could be cupcake @ ilovepolishpottery.com . I like it because it is more professional and I get to use Thunderbird E mail client from Mozilla..Yes I am partial to their products and I hated Outlook...I looked and godaddy has different plans to choose from...You should check your account though as sometimes they offer specials and you get a free email account when you buy domains. -
Inappropriate?Thank you for the insight and link njoyn.
Always good to be aware of how it's all happening and what control you may have available. The tool is very clever.

Inappropriate?EASY. Use a different email. Google - 'google apps starter edition' you have your own domain name so you might as well.
Also if you want to stick with what youve got, (i presume the advert is at the bottom of the page) you could create a signature at the bottom which really blocks the page off from any further reading and make it look like the yahoo advert is not a part of your letter. ex.
yours sincerly, njoynlife.
