strange emails

Hi guys,

I dont know i this is a mistake or something to be worried about.

A little while ago i got sent a email saying
'hi Monique, your domain generalsanitycheck.com needs to be renewed'
and today i got 1 saying
'Hi efrqfqer, welcome to Yola, You now have full access to our world-class website building and hosting tools – all with no strings attached....'

Should i be worried?

I still have both the emails, they ecrtainly appear to be from Yola.
