Terms of Use help? Does it look and sound ok?

Sorry if this defeats your hard work, but I found a Terms of use generator, and it doesn't seem to bad.

There is just about everything on the olde interweb!.lol

Thank you both for replying, i think that i will stick with my terms of use because it describes exactly what i had in mind. If i use a generated one im afraid i might not understand something, on flickr all my images are licensed under a creative commons license and that was the closest thing i could find to what really fit what i was looking for. It allows people to see basic guide lines in a simple user friendly setup and it allows you to add in any extra usage polices which i have done. So i have the creative commons license backing up my created terms of use. I just found creative commons last night. If anyone askes about terms of use tell them about that generator idea or tell them about creative commons license. Thanks again for your replies means a lot :D
