There are a few areas in the Properties Sidebar that you can can put Meta Tags.
The area labeled "Window Title" is where you will put your Title Tag.
The area labeled "Description" is where you will put your Description Tag
The area labeled "Keywords" is where you will put in the main keywords for the page.
Remember to keep your tags relevant to your site and don't over-use Keywords.
