anyhow I got two domain while publishing; now using one .
how would I be able to use the another for a new building site?

When you create a new site you will have the ability to use your own domain name just like you did when you created your first site. All defaults, including domain names, are set each time you make a new site.
You can set your domain name (any domain you own) at anytime after you create a new site, and I think you will have the ability to do it upon new site creation.
To set your domain name, click on the arrow next to "Update My Site", Click on "Publishing Settings", Then click on Managing Domains". There you can modify your subdomain, and/or point a domain name that you own (Instructions on how to set up the zone records are in the link "Setup Instructions")

Yes, you can set up your second website to use your other domain name just as you did with your first.
