I have just received this email from the co ounder of coolText.

There is absolutely no restriction on use and no requirement at all to back link or even mention:

You are welcome to use any of the generated graphics in any way, shape, or form without asking permission. When you create an image on Cool Text you own the copyright to it with absolutely no restrictions.
Please use them however you'd like and come back often.
