Web Site problems since the maintenance was carried out.
Hi, after the site maintenance break I cannot access my website. Yola wouldn't let me login at all. My website name is/was MarsinQuestion. So because I couldn't locate it, I chose to create the same one again. Here lies the problem, it won't let me it seerms. I've created a new account using exactly the same name & password, hoping that this might 'enable' the old 'site. Alas this didn't happen. Plus now Yola won't allow me to use the same name for the web site. Does this mean that it may still be on your server? Any help will be greatfully acknowledged and accepted!!

Right now Yola logins are disabled for all Yola customers while we implement some great new features into the site builder; that is most likely what you are referring to.
Can you wait until we re-enable logins and then try logging in again. If you are unable to please email us at support@yola.com and we can search our database for your account and help you get logged in.
