It looks like your forum is not working, so you need to talk to the service you used to create the forum to try to resolve this.
I am interested in how you came to chose your domain name? I would imagine this domain name would attract a very specific but limited audience. What sort of people do you hope will start posing on your forum and what do you want them to post about? Maybe answering this question clearly is the first place you need to start, as this will give you some idea of where to promote your forum.
Also you have a typo. Your tagline is:
"Let's here what you have to say."
it should be:
"Let's hear what you have to say."

Inappropriate?Hi Monique thanks for the help. Forums should be up and running now. Basically I want this site to be a place for people to post "rants" about events that happen to them in everyday situations. For example, one might rant about how horrible a movie was, or maybe rant about a horrible date. This is my first website so I'm not that good at decided what good forum categories are.
