Try clearing your cache in your browser and then logging back in. If this does not solve the problem, then I suggest trying a different browser or a different computer to see if this resolves your issue.

Would you let us know if you Littleus' advice helped at all? If not, can you post your site's URL so that we can take a look - it may help us to understand why you're not able to open the site in the site builder.
