Why is my website so slow?
My webbsite is running slow, www.1augusti2009.com. I use Flickr Lightbox to show some pictures, can that be the reason? Or is it the background picture (134 kb) to heavy?

Inappropriate?try updating your site, that will update the footer and maybee make your site faster, my site was slow and after i updated my site the footer changet to Yola and my site spad up! if that does not work let me know,

I'm sorry you are having this problem! Just so I am sure, you are speaking of your live site and not your site in the site builder.
I have looked at your site from my computer and it is loading well for me, I am using Firefox on Mac. Can you tell me what browser and operating system you are using.

Inappropriate?I can't load my site to edit it, either. At least, it's been loading for twenty minutes and I've given up hope. I don't know what you mean by "update"- how can I update anything if it won't even open?

Can you clear the cache in your browser.
