Will this help my page ranking?
For those that know Google Webmasters.... if webmasters determines that there are broken links in your site (links that don't work)... can this harm your page ranking? I have about 59 broken links bc a lot of the pictures I have come with a link to the full size bigger picture and I forgot to delete those links. If I delete the links and when google crawls my site again and realizes that the broken links have been fixed or deleted... will this possibly help my page ranking?

Inappropriate?yes it will help your ranking

Inappropriate?small chance yes - if you always have errors they my feel less confident about indexing your site.
I think they care more about external links to your pages which dont work - i.e. the site map says its a page but it no longer exsists, if you delete all your bad internal links next time its crawled they will be forgoten about without ongoing penalties.
The less errors on your site the more confident google are to link you, thats a fact.
Best thing to do is delete your broken links.
