Yola did it again!
When you pick up a widget, at least 50% of the time, the page automatically goes to the top... which makes placing that widget harder and more time consuming, if others are having this problem, maybe Yola can figure out why?

Inappropriate?Hi Donald,
I could not recreate your problem, but it sounds like bad MS Word code. Did you add any code straight from MS Word recently?
-
Inappropriate?MS Word has nothing to do with inserting a NEW widget currently without any codes. I'm talking about inserting a widget directly from the sidebar.
-
I thought you were moving already placed widgets. I had this problem when I added bad MS Word code, so that's why I suggested it. -
Inappropriate?Hi Donald
Unfortunately, since the MS Word has inherent formatting - this can adversely affect how the rest of your site functions. Although the widget you're trying to use does not have any codes, it may be affected by the MS Word coding.
May I suggest that you try this experiment? Try creating a new page with no external data. Then, try placing your widgets and see if you are able to achieve this. This may give us a good indication of what is going on with your site. -
Good suggestion, Littleus. If there is MS Word coding anywhere on the site, it can affect the functionality of the whole site. -
Inappropriate?Still with us Donald? I thought you were going to leave and take out advertising informing people not to use our service? If you have changed your mind and would like to continue using Yola and this forum, please will you let us know. There are some threats and defamatory remarks from you still hanging in the air which are damaging to your relationship with Yola and the people in the community who have volunteered a lot of their time to help you. Perhaps you would like to rephrase those so we can continue in a productive fashion? Also I see you are still using subject lines that blame Yola for the problems on your site, before the cause has been thoroughly investigated. I need to urge you to stop with the accusations, and the comments which seem deliberately designed to hurt and offend, so that we can deal with the problem at hand and achieve a happy outcome for all concerned.
Please do what Littleus and Connor have suggested and then we can investigate further if there is still a problem. -
i agree with monique, some of the comments you have posted could of seriously damaged yola's reputation!
