Hi Mad Dog Earle

We are not experiencing any server issues right now and I just tested on my side and was able to access My Yola, edit and publish sites.

If you have already tried all the usual: clearing cache, using a different browser and/or computer, different network then please contact your ISP and find out if they can assist you.

I wish I could tell you more but since there is nothing on our side we can point to to explain the difficulty you are experiencing, I am at a bit of a loss.

hi monique
thx for your quick response
have tried clearing cache, have tried using 2 x different browsers, and a different computer but STILL no joy!
am able to visit other websites ok, apart from my 3 websites that you host, as well my.yola.com
using ie, and attempting to visit these 4 above, gave the following error
"website (...) is online but isn't responding to connection attempts."
however, yola.com is still accessable and the page does load, but slower than usual

Hello Mad Dog Earle,

If you could try using a different internet service than whom you currently use at your household, this might help us to troubleshoot the issue further.

In addition, do you have any security programs such as Firewall, anti-virus, pop-up blocker, spam blocker, etc? If so, please try disabling these and let us know if that makes any difference.

Thanks for working with us on this.

hi sanja
i tried disabling my firewall, anti-virus and pop-up blocker, but it made no difference. i then tried connecting to the internet via a different internet service provider (3bb broadband, but using the same computer, a laptop) and HEY PRESTO! yes, i was able to access the 3 websites that you host for me, as well as my.yola.com.
luckily where i live there is a free wi-fi service offered at the lobby area, which is what i was able to use. however when attempting to access those same sites back in my apartment just 5 minutes later using my current isp true, i was unable to do so. it would appear that the problem is with my current isp, true, and i will be giving them a call tomorrow to ask them to look into this.

Thank for the update!
We are so happy to hear that you were able to access your site using a different network. Good luck contacting your service provider. We are hopeful they will allow you access to our site.

Hi andychug,

I am sorry you are experiencing this problem and I understand it is frustrating.

In order for us to investigate the problem, could you provide me with your domain name, and also let me know where you are located and who your ISP is?

Hi, Ive got exactly the same problem. Ive tried all the above as well, still get other websites but not mine, all I get from chrome is a message that says "sending request". The is it me link tells me the site is up,and its just me but Ive also tried other computers, different browsers and still cant get it. Its 3 days now that Ive known of this problem, What can an ISP do to rectify this fault and why dosnt it stop me getting other sites?
