Hiya! None of my browsers are showing my site. They all just return a digit 1 (one) in the top left hand corner. Can anyone help?!? Super duper urgent issue!!!
Thank you!

Hello Blaise,

Can you tell us your site (s) name(s)?

Hello Gop, sorry, I was sure that I replied to this yesterday.
My site address is www.moviemart.yolasite.com
I think it might have something to do with the fact that I am visiting the site through a proxy server - would that make a difference?
Thank you!

Hello Blaise,

Thanks for that info.

As you can see your site is apparent here so it may well be that your proxy server is the problem but I don't know how to prove that, I guess other than removing/replacing the proxy for the exercise? Hopefully Yola can jump in here and follow up. They may well need details of your proxy server so if you don't wish to publicise that detail on this forum, then suggest you contact them on the Contact Form with details and refer back to this thread for background info.

I would also try using another browser as a check on this. I used Chrome to capture your page here.

PS: Very elegant and sharp website design

Hi Blaise,

We agree with Gop all around. We can see your website and it's very sharp indeed! Are you still struggling to view it on your end?

Hiya Laura and Gop - you've made my day with your compliment - so delighted!!!
Yes, afraid it's still bringing up that 1 in the top left and nothing else.
I've ascertained that it's definitely the proxy by clearing my cache, logging in direct and it's fine. Then, if I switch over to the proxy server, it immediately brings up the errors.
As a rule, is there a specific widget which might kick up proxy errors or do you think proxy servers would disallow this sort of site in general?
So so sorry for the false alarm, I thought it was something I'd done wrong but it certainly seems to be the proxy now.
Thanks for all your help! Have an awesome day!

Hello Blaise,

I am not familiar with proxies at all so I will have to leave it to others on this issue.

Looking forward to your site being showcased by Laura and her team in due course.

Hiya Gop and Laura!

New problem! My pointing (by my registrar) seems to be working because I get the attached screenshot.
However, I have not done anything on my side to enable the pointing.
It was all done by the registrar.

Can you check if the pointing is successful and if after 24-48 hours the www.moviemart.co.za URL will point to www.moviemart.yolasite.com ?

Thanks a million!

Hi Blaise,

You need to follow the steps under point 3 in the screenshot above and you should be good to go!

Due to your other posts I performed a DNS lookup and see that your registrar only created one A record pointing to 184.72.229.176, you need two in order to be able to publish to your custom domain. Tell them to be sure to add an A record for both the www and non www version of your domain. I hope this helps. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

Hi Blaise,

Following on. It now seems there are the 2 reqd A records. All you should now have to do is to republish your site and hopefully the issue will be resolved.

Hi Gop!

Thanks for this! I've chatted to registrar and they have done a check on their side too and reported this (does this all sound right?):

;; ANSWER SECTION:
moviemart.co.za. 600 IN A 184.72.229.176
and
;; ANSWER SECTION:
www.moviemart.co.za. 600 IN A 184.72.229.176
Both of them are pointing to the same destination.
Propagation at some ISP’s till need to expire in order for them to get to the correct destination.
Please ask Yola if the above is correct.
Once again sorry for only sending this now.
Enjoy the day further
