Hello,

My understanding of this is that the program offers you 2 years of a free domain and the partership with Yola offers a 1 year free hosting plan. The plan subsequently is paid for.

You are signed up via the Get British Business Online (GBBO) program, which means you are a Bronze member with a custom domain all completely free for the first year.

When you renew your Yola Bronze hosting package after the first free year, you can choose between annual or monthly billing. The annual Yola Bronze domain hosting package costs £17.95, or you can choose the monthly billing option and pay £2.95 / month.

Because co.uk domains are registered for periods of two years, as per registry policy, you will only need to renew your domain the following year, 2013 in your case. Domain renewal for a co.uk domain costs £12.95.

Hello Kirsties Nails Athome

You can renew your hosting package in your My Yola:
  1. In the left-hand side menu, click on "Account".

  2. Next to your account status, click on "Upgrade".

  3. Choose the desired hosting package and follow the further steps.
