Hello Jafer,

Are you following the Yola tutorial on setting name servers?

lol are you serious??

my domain is freeserverhosting.co.uk.

All i ask is why i cant enter it on the dns nameserver on yola?

I have setup everything on the server on my side, which is the following:

Nameserver 1: ns1.freeserverhosting.co.uk 31.170.163.241
Nameserver 2: ns2.freeserverhosting.co.uk 64.191.115.234
Nameserver 3: ns3.freeserverhosting.co.uk 173.192.183.247
Nameserver 4: ns4.freeserverhosting.co.uk 83.170.93.81

the Nameserver settings should be the same that is linked to the servers IP what i have posted above, but like i said i get that error, so i dont know what to do! I have already looked at the tut thanks.

Hi jafer2,

In order to setup nameservers based on your domain, we first need to add them to our domain registration's database before you can update them in My Yola.

I have added and changed the nameservers for you, and you should be able to see the change within 48 hours.

Please let us know if you still can't see the update after this time.

Thanks,
Jackie
