Hi. I need to register a website address in South Africa, ie, .co.za
I want to build the site on Yola but I dont see that suffix as an option if I import the domain name. Can this be done? The .com version of my name is taken otherwise I would just do that.

Hello devlinf

I'm sorry to hear that your business name has been taken for a .com domain. Unfortunately Yola doesn't offer .co.za domains yet, and you cannot transfer one to us, either.

What you can do is buy your .co.za domain with another domain registrar and point it to Yola. You will need to purchase one of our hosting packages Yola Bronze or Yola Silver to do this. Here is a quick package overview: Yola Pricing.

Please let us know if you have any more questions or need further help. Thanks.

Thanks for the reply. SO to help me here, I can have a domain name like www.domain.co.za but have the site built in yola?
I already have a silver account with one website on it so can I use this same one?

Yes, absolutely. You can have a domain with another domain registrar and point it to your Yola website that you have already built or you are busy building. Here are the steps: Publish to a domain you already own.

Let me know if you have further questions.
