"Contact Us" Form does not forward me customer inquiries

Like many others my "contact us" form is also not working. I never get the e-mails that are submitted through the contact us form. How long has this not been working? Please fix the problem.

Hi Marko,

A common issue with "contact us" forms here is the email address used for the target address for submissions. If an explicit email address isn't added then it will default to the email address used for login of your account and not the domain associated address that you may have subsequently setup for your mail.

To fix this you need to go into the settings of your form in the sitebuilder and change the submission email address.

Edit>Settings>email address

Yes, I know that. The "contact us" form use to work when I first set up my web site on yola. I had not got any e-mails for awhile so I tested it and found that while the form suggests that the form submission had been sent I never receive the actual sender's e-mails.

The e-mail address I have been using for receiving contact us form submissions is marko@northlandconsultants.ca. I use that address daily in my work and check the spam folder daily. No messages are coming from my yola powered web site.

I received all my test e-mails but I tested it again and it no longer works. Please fix the problems

This could be a browser caching issue. Please clear your browser's cache.

I've sent you a test message from Yola Support via your live site. Can you please check if you received it? Please also check your Spam and Junkmail folders. Looking forward to your feedback.

yes, thanks I received the test e-mails. I will the cache on my laptop
