Hi,

I'm currently trying to access my website and I'm not able to view the 'my sites' page within 'my yola'. Tried on 3 browsers: IE, Firefox and Chrome and the same problem occurs. The other pages (site traffic, domain) seem to be working normal it's just this one page that isn't working.

Hello,

Sorry to hear that you are unable to open your site in the sitebuilder. To help us determine why you are experiencing this, please check the following:

  • Make sure you are logging in from www.yola.com.

  • Are you accessing Yola from behind a Firewall? If you are accessing Yola from a company, academic institution or a public library, for example this may be the case.  If you are unsure, check with your system administrator.

  • Check to see if you are having problems with your network or Internet service provider.

  • Clear your browser's cache. This link has more information: Clear your browser's cache.

  • Check that you are using an updated version of Flash - click on this link.

  • Check your privacy settings in your browser. You must accept cookies from Yola. Please click on this link to find instructions for accepting cookies with your browser: Accept cookies.

  • Check that your browser is set to enable Javascript. This link has more information on how to check: Enable Javascript.

  • Make sure you are using an updated version of your browser.

  • Try loading the site in a different browser (eg. Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer).

  • Try loading the site on a different computer or network if possible.

The final two points are particularly helpful. Please let us know how this troubleshooting goes for you.

Tried everything (From both posts) except for trying on a different computer/network which I can't do at the moment. Nothing has worked or changed the issue.

Hi Adam,
Thanks for trying all of the suggestions that Bri gave. Can you let me know what your domain name is and I would like to take a closer look at the issue.

Thank you,
Emmy

Hi Adam,
I have been able to replicate this in your account so can definitely see the problem. I have added this information to the bug so that our engineers have more to look at with this for troubleshooting. We are working on this and will let you know as soon as we have a fix in place or updated information.

Kind Regards,
Emmy
