Hi

It's me again. I have another problem. Sorry to worry you again :-(.
The "help" and "close" button on the top right hand side seem to be "missing" and replaced by a "blank" area. It even covers the last letters of my site name. Hence I can't close after editing. I think that is the reason why my site does not upload the new stuff I am adding, despite me "saving" it, and it looks OK on the pre-view page. But when I go in as a guest onto the site the new stuff is not there :-(.
I am using firefox 3, since Internet Explorer was the cause of my previous problem (and still is, I tried IE as well). I have tried to work on a different computer with the same browser and the same result :-(. It is very frustrating and a lot of wasted time :-(

Please help again.
My site is: http://wesavi.synthasite.com/

Regards
Gaby

Hi Gaby,

If you want the new content you've added to your site to appear on your website, you need to click on the yellow 'Update my Site' button in the SynthaSite toolbar. Remember to click on Refresh when you view your updated site to make sure you're viewing the latest version.

With regard to the disappeared Close and Help buttons, I've tried to create a site with the same heading as yours and I don't get the same problem.

If you've already tried different browsers and computers and it's still happening, can you send an email to my attention (support@synthasite.com) with a screenshot?

This is how to take a screenshot: When you are on the screen you want to capture, press the printscreen button. The will be saved to your computer clipboard. After you press printscreen, open a program like Microsoft Paint, right click and paste. This should paste the screenshot and you should then be able to save it as a .jpeg file and attach it to an email.
