How do I change the "Home" link on my title bar? It's part of the template I selected, and I would like to change the text in it or possibly delete it altogether, but there doesn't seem to be any way to get rid of it!

The "Home" link in your navigation is quite important. It is the link to your home page or index page. Without an index page your site will not work. The page is automatically called "Home" because this is a convention internet users understand. They will use this link to navigate back to your home page when exploring your site.

You should not delete this page, but you can change the link text if you wish:
1) Click on the "edit menu"
2) next to the index page, click "settings"
3) you will see a little box called "menu text" and it will say "home." Click inside this box and type in the name you want for this link in the menu.

Oh dear!

Were you able to get to the two little boxes that say "menu text" and "hover text"? What happened when you tried to click in the box? Also, can you tell me
what browser are you using?

I'm using Safari. I was able to bring up those two boxes, but neither the "menu text" box nor the "hover" box would let me click in it. I tried clicking in both, and no cursor appeared. I also tried to just start typing after clicking in the boxes, but that didn't work either. Also, I noticed afterward that the "Expand All" and "Collapse All" buttons weren't quite working right either. Could there be something wrong with the script?

Any chance you could try it in a different browser? It is working in Firefox.

Meanwhile we will look into the problem you describe in Safari. It does sound like a bug.

Hi tveye - you can move the Home link by clicking on 'Edit Menu' and dragging the page to the right. This will remove it from the whole site, not just the home page.

You can add links to images, here's how:
1. Add the image to your page, using the image widget.
2. Click on 'Properties' on the right-hand sidebar.
3. Click on 'Choose a Link' and make your selection.
4. Click on 'Apply'

To check that your link is working, preview your page and then click on the link.

This is a brief explanation of how to add links, we have written a tutorial that shows the process in more detail. Here is the link: http://www.synthasite.com/tutorials/c...
