The 'My Yola' page seems to be down.... I get a very simple page that won't let me change which site I want to edit, although I can access the default website by clicking on the preview. Please help. I have Yola Silver, if that makes a difference.

Hello hoofbeatcustoms,

You are probably seeing the new My Yola. Could you post a screenshot of the page?

If you would like to edit another site in My Yola, just select another in the "Select site" drop down box.

The new My Yola focuses on one site at a time, and has check lists so you can check off stuff you do.

Here's a blog post about this, but this was posted a year ago when the new My Yola was in Beta and only a small percentage had it on their account: http://www.yola.com/blog/new-my-yola/

I hope this helps.

Nathan

No, no. It's different. I know what the new Yola looks like, and I know how to navigate it. This is what the page looks like:

Hello,

To post images you can simply upload then right on this forum. If you see below the reply box, it says "add image". You just have to click that and select the image and it will upload and put in the code for the image. If you want to post external images that you have a link to, you just use HTML:

Back to your problem now. It looks like there is no CSS being applied to the page.

Could you let us know:

- The browser you're using (and version)
- The operating system your computer is running

Kind regards,
Nathan

Yeah, 10.5.8 is Leopard.

I am seeing My Yola correctly, so I don't know what could be happening.

Could you try clearing your browser's cache? That may solve the problem.

Please let me know if that solves your problem.

I am able to access it in Opera, however the page flashes with a white screen when I move my cursor.
Please, please, please help me as soon as possible. My website has a big event coming up and I can't launch without being able to edit the site.

I was looking in your screenshot again, and it looks like you should still be able to click on the "Edit site" link and select a different site in the drop down box. As Brianna said below, it would be good to test it on another network.

Hello hoofbeatcustoms,

Please check that the Flash and Java on your site are up to date.

If you could also test this on a different computer on a different network, that would be helpful.

I am wondering if you are using too newly released browser versions. Yola currently supports the following browsers:

* Google Chrome.
* Firefox 3 to Firefox 3.6.
* Internet Explorer 7, 8, 9.
* Safari 3 Beta or higher.

If you are not using one of the following above supported browsers, then you may experience less than optimal Sitebuilding performance and as a result, our support will be limited. We strongly recommend that you use one our supported browsers. For the best user experience, Yola recommends Chrome or Firefox.
