"sitemap warnings" url not followed? I don't follow

I've recently bought my domain name from synthasite, have submitted it with a sitemap to google and I've just noticed in webmaster tools this (see image)

I've read the explaination several times, but I don't understand what I'm being told:

"When we tested a sample of URLs from your Sitemap, we found that some URLs redirect to other locations. We recommend that your Sitemap contain URLs that point to the final destination (the redirect target) instead of redirecting to another URL"

Could this be because I own www.a-class-driving.synthasite.com and now I'm trying to submit www.a-class-driving.com and google sees them as being linked and URLs follow to one another? It's a 301 error if that helps.

Thanks

Are these pages redirecting to another site ? If you redirect a visitor to another site via a link on your page you have to make it very clear you are doing that.

Hi John, I hear what you're saying but don't understand how you would do that so that Google would be able to interpret that. ? Love to know.

It is easy...just say so..I got a warning on a site I use as a test site for not making it obvious...Of course on a reciprocal links page it is obvious that the link will go to another site....Here is a sample on my site...http://kanthaidecor.com/cafepress-pro... ....Very obvious they will be taken to another site...In other words no surprises don't be sneaky

Hello Will,

Did you also re-verify your site with Google Webmaster by going back through the tutorial and completing the steps making sure to put the www. before your domain name when you first put in your domain to verify?

Second thing, do you have text links on your pages which went to the old address which included the .synthasite.com?

Let me know and I will assist further.

I've checked with the www. thing and looks right to me.

Are you saying that any link redirecting from one page to another needs to be changed?

As for Johns question, no, all the links that google flagged up are all on my site, pointing from one page to another.

Also ... do we need to set our prefered domain name to www. in google webmaster tools?

With the link redirecting, when I made the site and was putting in links, I would use the links button at the top of the page, and then would select "page", so definately no '.synthasite.com' text has been added. Would I have to go back and re-do every internal link?

Hi Will,
No, I'm sorry! Any text links on your page with the old address will update to the new one if you used the link icon in the text widget; you do not have to go back and re-do the links.

The place where you will need to add the www in Google Webmaster tools is where you first enter your domain name in the area labeled Dashboard.
