Yahoo is still fine....Actually angered me because I had been verified with Bing/Live for almost 2 years and now they changed things....I did try to verify again a few min ago and still no luck....Guess WE need to figure out another way.

How to Add Yahoo And Bing Site Tracking via Meta Tag, based on Yola 2.2.6
Added on 21 September 2011.
I have assumed that you have already got your validation Meta Tags from Yahoo and Bing.
In this Example
Yahoo Is:
<META name="y_key" content="abcdef1234567890" />
and BING:
<meta name="msvalidate.01" content="1234567890ABCDEF1234567890ABCDEF" />

This method uses the "Site Tracking Code" feature but has a disadvantage that it adds the code to every page, but it worked for me.

Example:
Logon onto Yola, edit your site.
The Select Site, then Site Settings, the Site Tracking Code in the Tracking Section.
In the Header Code on the right side of the page add your Tags
E.G.
<META name="y_key" content="abcdef1234567890" />
<meta name="msvalidate.01" content="1234567890ABCDEF1234567890ABCDEF" />

Click on the (X) button to close the Custom Site Tracking Code page.
Check the HTML by going to Style, then Edit Custom CSS.
Click on Site HTML and you should see a section as follows:
<!-- Start of user defined header tracking codes -->
<META name="y_key" content=" abcdef1234567890" />
<meta name="msvalidate.01" content="1234567890ABCDEF1234567890ABCDEF" />
<!-- End of user defined header tracking codes -->

Click the [Cancel] link
Now Click the [Publish to the web] button and you should be done.

Please Note this did not seem to work on my 1st attempt so I modified the Home page by putting in a space and removing it again, this change the status to “Your changes aren’t published” I then clicked the [Publish to the web] button which seemed to work the 2nd time.
