"Sorry, there seems to be a problem" error when trying to save

Hello- My 8th grade students are using Yola (using IE Explore, Chrome,and Firefox) and they continue to get an error message saying "Sorry, there seems to be a problem". It says to e-mail customer support but there has yet to be a solution. Can someone shine some light on the problem for me please : ).

I would really like to help you find a solution for this.

You mention that the error occurs whether your students use Internet Explorer, Chrome or Firefox.

Could you tell me:

1) If this only happens on a specific site or on multiple sites? If it is a specific one please post the URL.

2) Are your students trying to access Yola from behind a firewall? This sometimes causes a problems with the operation of the sitebuilder and could cause the error you posted above.
