"there was a problem adding your payment method"

Hi,
I've tried several times on two different days to change my billing information. My credit card works with other websites, but here I always receive the message, "there was a problem adding your payment method." Can you help?

Hello Erik

Did I get you right that you'd like to edit one of your existing payment methods in your My Yola? This may currently result in an error. What you'd need to do is to remove your old payment method, and add your updated payment method newly. I hope this is not causing too much of an inconvenience.

Please let me know if you should still encounter problems adding your payment method, or if you're trying to add an additional payment method.

Thanks for the reply. Neither method works: deleting or adding. I tried these before and I've just tried again, and got the same response every time. What else can I do?

Hi Erik,

Stefan asked me to review your payment attempts, and it looks like you can't add a card because your IP address and location do not match. I remember that you had the a similar inquiry earlier this year.

I have added your location to our safe list. Could you try adding the payment again and let us know if you are successful or not?

I believe you fixed the problem, Jackie. I bought a computer in the US and now I'm using it in Brazil, so this was probably the problem.
