I am trying to add a domain I already own to my account. The account is a silver account. I have made the "www" and "@" entry on my remote DNS pointing to When I go to add this domain I get a really generic unhelpful message stating:

"There was an error: error

Try again"

I hit try again over and over but to no avail. Any ideas?

Hi there Worldzfree,

Can you please tell us the domain you are using so we can check it for you and hopefully see what the problem could be.

Many thanks for working with us on this.

My domain, ideatory.sg, registered with another registrar, is already pointing at Yola. I am taken to a Yola page as soon as I type ideatory.sg or www.ideatory.sg in my browser. I am still not able to add this domain to "My Domains". What could be the problem?

Hello Sudhanshu

When I look up the settings of your domain ideatory.sg, I can confirm that both A records are pointing to Yola. Can you please clear your browser's cache and cookies, and retry?

If the problem persists, can you please contact us using our Contact Support Form, so that we can connect you with your Yola account and check? Thanks.
