A column of rows

I would like to see an option to place a row widget to seperated all data for each item, them as new items need to be inserted, the whole row could be moved down to place the new item's information between, and thus each row would keep the same sizing and format. Also to help with matching sizes, it would be nice for a copy and paste of a widget and its contents.

This would be a great feature. Our developers have taken note of this request and we will try to implement something along these lines in an upcoming release.

Would be just like the two-column insert, just as one row the width of whatever column is is placed in.

Hi Kent

As an alternative for now until this feature comes out, you could use a text widget box to place between your items. This will create a blank space between your items. If you want a consistent look, just make sure that each text box has the same number of spaces.

Look at this page made from- one over three, with two-columns in the lower three. It just is so hard to size the pictures inserted into a text widget! http://www.ac-monkeywrench-models.yol... . And what I did through GeoCities with layering abilities: http://geocities.com/ac_mwm_bogeys

Hi Kent

One way to help keep your pic sizes all the same is to go to Picnik and resize them all to the same dimension. After you've done this, then I would suggest creating a table and inserting all your text and images into that. I know it much more complicated this way.. but it may be worth the effort to get a nice clean and consistent look.

Hello Kent. I am newbie with Yola. What you display in the referred page in your comment is exactly what I need. Display multiple rows of products in the same page. Although I can see it in the link, I can't visualize how to do it in Yola.
If you could guide me through the steps of how to do it, I would appreciate it very much.

Thank you

First, place a two-column widget on your page template. Second, add two more two-column widgets to each side of the first widget so you have four windows. Third, on this second layer, in the left widget's right side, add yet another two-column widget. Now you have one row of five windows. Set HTML,Text, and Photo widgets in these as you need to display your page design. Note; I use the left side of the third layer widget to set in a divider design with two lines of Html code to center, add color, and size to "I", but you can use any character here. If you do not want a divider, you do not need to add the third layer two-column widget. Now repeat the same steps for as many rows as you want on the page and all should be the same, thus you now have a column of rows.
