A new look coming to a Sitebuilder near you!

Hey all!

We are pleased to announce that we have just released an updated Sitebuilder! What you will notice is that there is no longer a tab for the Site Manager, as these functions are now part of the main Sitebuilder menu. The reason for this is to keep all the options in one window, so you don’t have to switch between two tabs to access and use various functions.

Some of the things that have moved have always existed in two places (such as your site’s storage information being listed in the File Manager and in the Site Manager), and others have been moved to a brand-new menu. We understand that some of the options you are used to seeing in the Site Manager are not immediately visible, but they are still there!

Site management functionality, such as creating a new site and deleting a site, has been moved to the “Site” menu in the main menu bar. Features related to editing and managing your site, such as renaming your site, have been moved to the “Site Properties” menu, within the “Sites” tab.

Your account management features, such as your account status, is still in “My Yola” and managing your site’s file size is still in the File Manager. This means you can immediately see how much space you have left to add images, music and files to your site.

We understand this is a big change, but we are confident it will make your site and account management easier to use.

WOW! I love it!

The Sub menu feature is also very good. Especially in the Corporate Blue or green style!

Keep up the great work!

Hi codcornerxbox,

In the site builder, right next to the SAVE button, it says "Site" Click on that and then you will see 4 options. Click on the third one, which says "Site Properties" Then a dialog will pop up after you click Site Properties. You will see a lot of options. One of them says "Password Protection" Just click on the blue "edit" button next to "Password Protection" Another dialog will pop up and you will be able to unlock and lock pages and change your password and/or username to get into a password protected page.

Here is a screen shot of the "Site Properties" dialog:

I hope this helps!

Kind Regards,
Nathan
