A picture worth a thousand words and two thousand typos

Many times when describing a problem or answering a query the description of which button is where followed by this action section for a drop down option over there and clicking the icon up the top and then the publish button purple under the curtain followed by if that doesn't work then selct the contact link on the far outside and send your query. It's a lot to describe and get confused in.
Sometimes you illustrate the whole procedure with one or two screen type shots with red circles around the appropriate button. These images are fantastic and i wonder if you would have a small library of them for users to download and use when needed?

Hi Peter

Thanks for this idea. Get Satisfaction does allow us to to post screenshots when answering questions and we often do. We can certainly try to do this more frequently as pictures do help make verbal explanations clearer.
