HAS ANYONE ELSE BEEN THREATEND TO BE KICKED OF THE SIGHT UNLESS THEY PAID BOTH SILVER AND BRONZE SERVICES, ALSO THE PROMISE OF AN EMAIL STATING THEY WILL NOT HAS NOT YET ARRIVED, EVEN AFTER I PHONED THEM, I HAVE ENDED UP PAYING SILVER 3 MONTHS EARLY AND NOW THEY ARE STILL REQUESTING BRONZE PAYMENT FROM ME

Hello Zdravko Milkov,

I have honestly never heard of this issue before. It sounds like extreme communication breakdown and I hope that Yola will resolve this for or with you.

May I ask if they actually state "Bronze" or is it a price value that they are asking for? The reason I mention that is the hosting plan and the domain payments are now separated. A domain can look like the old Bronze fee but in fact is the price of the domain(s).

There has to be an amicable solution to this sad problem I hope that it gets worked out quickly.

There is not a Yola account associated with the email address you provided on this forum.
