A very very very frustrated customer

I subscribed to yola using an email address that is no longer in service. Now that I need to login I cant because of a) username and b) i cant remember the password. so when they send me the link YOU KEEP SENDING IT TO AN EXPIRED EMAIL ADDRESS. I have sent you emails requesting the link to be sent to mikespartyrental@yahoo.com for 3 days. I called yesterday "technical difficulties" I called today "out of the range, only weekdays calls". can someone help me finally?

Hi Maddie,

It's unfortunate that you can't contact Yola at this time because of it being the weekend.

If you think about this, anyone could make such a claim. There needs to be a validation process and I know there is but it requires a dialogue and a level of interrogation similar to a bank call for proof of identity. Yola have to be responsible in this process and it's unfortunate that coincidentally this is happening at a bad time of the week for you.

This will be solved but not at this moment it seems.

I ve been emailing yola on weekdays: I sent an email july 22, 23, 24, 25. and whats today? saturday. still my problems hasnt been solved. I can solve the problem if I would be able to login into my account. Again, the email you have on file has been deleted from yahoo. Iam not able to login. please send a link to mikespartyrental@yahoo.com.

That is a real shame Maddie. As a fellow user I don't have access to Yola admin so I can't offer a solution.

I hope that you can get it sorted out quickly but I think the weekend may not be effective.

Hi Maddie,

As Gop indicated, you will need to undergo an account verification process in order to change your account login email address which is the only way to change the email address your password reset email is sent to as that is automated. I reviewed your correspondance with our team and I see that it was never clear to Francois or Sanja that you no longer had access to your account email so you had not yet been directed to the team who can help to verify your account ownership. I have directed your request to the proper team and they will be in touch with you no later than Monday to help restore your access.

Again: tried to contact Yola yesterday and today.Everytime I call you are having "technical difficulties" Just now I finally was able to talk to someone live. Very polite I may say but unable to help. The email account msn01683@yahoo.com doesn exist anymore. the system deleted it. The ESL credit card I used to have more than 2 years ago, I dont have it, I dont know exactly when, what date I pay for this domain with you. HOW AM I GOING TO provide you with proof of something that was done more than 2 years ago. Last year I was able to login to my account with you unlock my account to make changes necessary to update the records with the domain I purchase with wix.com. I renew my domain with wix this year in June, now is July and it still in "redemption" and soon it will also be deleted because I have been unable to update the records. I need someone to contact me now!!!
