Accessibility Problem on Yolasite Today

Today I randomly checked the accessiblity to the pages on my website. Out of 10 times I tried to access some pages on my website, 8 times I failed. But this problem don't last long, at times on the 5th time I tried accessing, I will get the page displayed. And the problem appears again few minutes later. Is there a technical problem with some yola sites today? - thanks. (ZEQ)

We're not experiencing technical difficulties at this time, so we would like to find out what is going wrong for you. Please could you let us know the following information:
1. What is your site address?
2. Which pages aren't accessible for you?
3. What happens when you try to view those pages? Is there an error message?

2) the pages that sometimes give the problems:

3) Occasionally when I tried to view today (the last time I tried again and had the same problem is about 30mins ago) I get the window's reply,

"Internet explorer cannot display the webpage".

Very curious, as this has never happened before. It happens only on these 2 pages so far.

I'm trying to get help from one of our engineers to see if they can see anything on their side - the pages definitely display when I take a look at them. Will come back to you as soon as I can.

I've spoken to one of our engineers and there doesn't seem to be anything on our side that would be causing this problem. We also haven't had any other reports from Yola customers with the same complaint (which usually indicates there is one!)

Unfortunately, this makes it really difficult to diagnose and find out what could be going wrong. Could I ask that you try clearing your browser cache and try a different browser other than IE to access your site? If you get this issue again, you could ask someone on a different computer/network to try the pages to see whether they get the same error. I'm not sure if that would make a difference but we can start with that.

ok thanks for checking the problem out. The pages load up ok for now. Will follow those recommendations if the problem crops up again. Once again, thanks for your prompt replies!
