Hello Myrna,

I'm sorry to hear you are having such trouble! You can definitely just delete the site from your account, and start fresh if you would like. Here is more information on how to do this: Delete site. Please note that site deletion is permanent.

Hello Myrna,
Yes, you can use your domain on a different site you create. To do this, when you are ready to publish click on the green "Publish to the web" button and then choose the option "I all ready own a domain". The follow through the prompts to publish to your domain. Please let us know if you have any trouble with this.

Kind Regards,
Emmy

Emmy, is there any way of recovering an accidentally deleted page?? I am referring just one page of an entire site -- if we accidentally delete such a page, is there any way that it can be recovered?

Hi Keara,
Unfortunately it is not possible to recover a deleted page. Sorry I don't have better news for you on that.

Okay, Emmy, thank you. If this were something that could be addressed some day, I think that would be a very fine thing. ;-)

Emmy, I wonder if there might not make a difference if one has accidentally deleted a page but not yet re-published the site? If you haven't republished yet, the page is still up on the Internet and still has physical existence. It should be possible to re-capture it in some way. (And even if one has re-published, doesn't Yola have a backup of everything? Although I suppose you don't want to get in the business of retrieving people's deleted pages - still I wonder if it wouldn't be possible to offer some form of assistance in extreme cases.)
