I just cancelled my account renewal. Can you please confirm that after my next bill date I will not be billed again and that I will go onto yola free account again.

I can confirm that auto-renewal for your Yola Online Store and Yola Silver package have been cancelled and will expire on 21 August 2012. But your custom domain is still running almost two more years from now. Please note that you will need a hosting package, at least Yola Bronze, to use your domain with Yola.

Hi, ok.

Main reason I cancelled is because I dont really need it at the moment but will probably sign up again soon when I have more time.

So I will only be charged for my domain name for next 2 years? How much is this?

Hi Hads,

What Stefan was saying was that you will not need to pay to renew your domain for another 2 years but that you will need to subscribe to a hosting package such as Yola Bronze in order to use your domain with a Yola built website. The cost of a domain renewal will vary based on your domain extension and the length of the registration period you select. You can view that in your MyYola account.
