Good morning. I did the steps to get an account using gmail with my own domain, however after 2 days I can access but cant send a message. Could be a question about time, I mean in some hours it will be solve or there is some problem?

This is the message I have got:

'The recipient server did not accept our requests...'Print
This error message indicates that we've attempted to make a connection with your recipient's server but didn't receive a reply. Some possible causes include the following:

The other domain doesn't have up-to-date MX records or is otherwise misconfigured.
The other domain is blacklisting or graylisting messages from Gmail.
The other domain is experiencing temporary networking problems.
We recommend contacting the customer service department of the recipient's domain for further instructions. If you receive this bounce message when sending to your Google Apps domain, please see our instructions for configuring your MX records.

Thank you in advance,

Carla Lado B.

Hi Carla,

Thank you for your post. Please could you post your domain name or send an email to support@yola.com so that we can help you further. We've been experiencing intermittent problems with the Advanced DNS Settings and they should be fixed soon.

Apologies for the inconvenience.

Hi Carla - thanks for posting your site's address. There isn't a CNAME added to your domain and if you've got it, you can add it as per the steps on the tutorial: http://www.yola.com/tutorials/creatin.... The intermittent bug has been fixed and you should not have any problems adding the records to your domain.

Alternatively, you can post it here so that I can do it for you :)

Hi Marije, I already post my CNAME here. Also did the steps of the tutorial.
Looks like the CNAME are not working yet. Maybe they need more time, because I already send all information and registration is in process.

Hi Carla - I'm sorry, I don't see your CNAME posted here. It would look something like googleffffff873hdnchgds9 (that's an example). If you could post it, I can add it to your domain's settings for you.
