When people go to my website,, they get an error message.
I clicked, "Publish to Web" on my editing page, and this problem is not going away. The site worked perfectly in the past, and I have just renewed my membership this morning. How long will it take for the website to be active again?

Hello Adele

The reason for this is that your Yola Bronze hosting package was renewed, but your domain subscription hasn't. Your hosting package and domain are separate products which need to be renewed separately. Please log into your Yola account and renew your domain as soon as possible because it has expired, but is still in the grace period to be renewed.

In your My Yola, just click on "Domains" in the left-hand side menu, and then on the "Try to renew" link. Once done, your website should be up and running again. Let me know if you encounter any difficulties.
