I am trying to create a html banner to my navigation bar. I think I may have figured it out I just wanted some suggestions if anyone can give some.

www.ellemusiclive.com (wensite)

if you take a look at the navigation bar what I am trying to do is put my page heading right across from the navigation links if that makes any sense at all For example:

Elle(would be the on the far left of the navigation bar) and then home,mailing list etc would stay where it's at.

Hi Elle, you can accomplish this using custom HTML and CSS.

First upload your banner to Yola and rename the banner name to "banner" but make sure to keep the current file extension on it (e.g.: .jpg)

Then drag over an HTML widget and paste this code in:

<style type="text/css">

div#banner {
position;absolute;
top:0px;
left:500px;
}

</style>

<div id="banner"><image src="resources/banner.jpg" style="height:100px;width:;></div>

Change the file extension in the src="" to whatever it says in the file manager.

If you have any questions, please let me know :)

Sincerely,
Nathan

Thank you Nathan I realized the issue. The current theme I have for my website does not enable me edit a banner and so the option for me to create the html on the navigation bar is not possible from what I can see. But thank you so much for your prompt response and I will still save this whenever I update my site again.
