Hi invisiblepawan

This is how to add Google AdSense with the Google AdSense widget:
1. In your site editor content sidebar click on the Advertising folder and drag and drop the Adsense widget onto your page
2. A dialogue box will open, click on the link in the dialog box to sign up for an Adsense account
3. Once you've registered your account and customised your ad, copy the advertising code Google provided by Google
4. Paste the code back in the dialogue box on your SynthaSite
5. Click ok!

Please remember that you might not see the ad immediately, it can take a short while for it to be initialised by Google.

Please let us know if you need any other help?

Happy site building

months. before you apply for AdSense.
- You must provide accurate personal information with your application

Hi Invisiblepawn,

What you need to do now, is to read through the information that AdSense sent you and make the necessary changs to your site if you wish.

This is an issue between you and AdSense, it is unfortunately, not something that SynthaSite can help you with, as we are not affiliated with AdSense, and have no input into their commercial decisions.

I'm sorry we can't be of more help.

Please try the following before giving up on applying again for Adsense.

1) Purchase or get a free a domain name if you do not have one already. (Synthasite offers this feature now and it most certainly would be less stressful than purchasing it elsewhere as the transition from a Synthasite domain to your website is seamless and you need not jump through the hurdles that you will find with other domain registers. (By purchasing your own domain you ensure that the information that Google uses to approve/deny your application is current and accurate) When reapplying make sure that the information you provide to Adsense is the same as that which you used when you purchased your domain. (Don’t apply the same day you purchased you domain. Wait several days)
2) Have at minimum several pages of content.
3) Make sure that your Google analytics is active.
4) Make sure that you submit your sitemap to Google.

Google as I have read wishes to ensure that those who are applying for Adsense are who they say they are and you may have been overlooked because of this. I feel that if you complete those steps that you have a greater likelihood of getting accepted.

Happy site building

I was unale to add Google Analytics to my page because I cannot edit the page source code.Is their another way to get that site map and analytics code into the proper place in our pages? Or is that option only available in the purchase a domain plan?

Hi Robert,

Here's how to add Google Analytics:
1. Go to Google Analytics and sign up for a free account
2. Type in the URL of your site
3. Copy the verification code provided by Google
4. Go to SynthaSite and drag and drop a HTML widget at the bottom of each page you want to track
5. Paste the code from Google into the dialogue box of the HTML widget on each page
6. Republish your site

Your site will then be verified and you can log into your Google Analytics account to find out all the information you want to know about the people who have visited your site.

The only feature we charge for, is registering the dotcom domain name. Free users have access to all of the features that owners of dotcom domain names do.
